IPAF Safe Loading & Unloading
IPAF Loading & Unloading training focuses on the safe and proper procedures for loading and unloading powered access platforms (MEWPs) and other heavy plant machinery onto and off of transport vehicles. This training is crucial for preventing accidents and injuries during these potentially hazardous operations.
What the course covers
Safe practices
The course emphasises the correct procedures for loading and unloading MEWPs and other plant machinery, including securing the load and ensuring stability.
Risk assessment
Participants learn to identify and assess the risks associated with loading and unloading, such as overturns, falls, and crushing injuries.

The training covers loading and unloading on various transport vehicles, including beavertail and slide bed trucks.
