Steve joined the business in 2021 in his first Managing Directors role having worked in the hire industry for over 20 years. Originally specialising in Powered Access as a hire controller, he has a wealth of experience with a wide variety of equipment from small tools, plant hire, powered access and other specialist equipment such as spider cranes, survey and lifting. Steve enjoys both the premier league, local football and is a keen F1 fan.

Joining MPH in the late '90s, Tony has been at MPH for over twenty years. He started as an Assistant Manager when we only had one site and approximately twenty people working for the business. Today he is second in command to the M.D Steven King and heads up the Sales and Marketing department. Tony lives in Hertfordshire and is a father to two teenage girls (pray for him), is a very keen boxing fan and can often be seen trotting the globe supporting his passion.

Michael started his MPH adventure as a Trainee back in 1989 and is now our Business Development Director. He lives in rural Essex and has his hands full looking after his twin teenage sons..... hence the grey hair. On weekends he can be found coaching his sons' football team, golfing, as well as helping children with anxiety and autism.

Ele has had an impressive career at MPH, becoming Company Operations Manager after five years. She began her journey 21 years ago as a Sales Assistant, progressing quickly to manager in 18 months. Ele shows no signs of stopping anytime soon and continues to grow in her career. Aside from work, what really matters most to Ele is spending quality time with her family, as well as walking at the beach near her coastal home, and flying.

Osh has been a dedicated member of our team for 18 years. He began his career with us as a hire controller before working his way up to Division Manager. Out of the office, Osh is married with a teenage daughter and hails from the Caribbean island of Montserrat, having moved to England following volcanic eruptions in 1996. Additionally, he has an array of sports-related hobbies — he’s an avid Arsenal FC supporter and Lewis Hamilton is his favourite F1 driver.

Jim has been a great addition to our company since he joined us in February 2006. After starting out as a van driver in the mechanical engineering department, he worked his way up over the years and is now our M & E Division Manager. A true family man, Jim was born and raised in Enfield and is passionate about heavy rock music. He also enjoys attending gigs and festivals. He exudes enthusiasm and brings an extra spark of life to MPH's team dynamic.

John joined us in January 2022 and immediately set about transforming the visual brand image to reflect the corporate revolution that new management was instigating.From a new wrap for a 32 Tonne truck to branded World Cup footballs, the new look MPH branding John has initiated is reinforcing the corporate vision. John not just a keen photographer and qualified Graphic Designer he is also a water-ski instructor and at college came third in a beauty contest.
